近年來老年化趨勢日益嚴重,居家照護意識日益提升,而糖尿病就是照護重點之一,根據英國倫敦帝國學院及世界衛生組織分析結果發現,再考慮年齡及老年化人口增加變因下,1980年全球男性及女性糖尿病人口百分比為4.3%及5%,而到了2014年男女糖尿病百分比分別成長至9%及7.9%,而台灣60歲以上人口,每5人就有一位糖尿病患者,且僅次於中國及印度,為世界第三大糖尿病人口國家。 故此研究,利用葡萄糖溶入小牛血清蛋白中,模擬人體血糖情況,量測不同濃度葡萄糖溶液在光譜的吸收差異性,並探討紅外線光譜應用於非侵入式血糖量測的可行性及可能面臨之情形。
Aging become a serious problem and the demand for healthcare has been increasing. Diabetes is one of the point of care. According to the analysis reported by Imperial College London and the World Health Organization, the diabetic population of male and female in 1980 is 4.3% and 5%, respectively. In 2014, the diabetic population of male and female in is 9% and 7.9%, respectively. For people age above 60 in Taiwan, one out of five people has diabetes and this is just behind China and India. Taiwan is the third largest diabetic population in the world. In this study, glucose was dissolved in BSA to simulate human blood glucose situation. The transmittance of the glucose solution was measured at the infrared spectrum to see whether infrared can be used for glucose levels measurement
