摘要

本文主在探討1982-2008年間臺灣三級產業之產值與就業人口關聯。文中首先根據歷年三級產業勞動生產力指數與單位產出勞動成本指數做基期統整；再將三級產業就業人口與三級產業產值轉換成基期，並進一步與勞動生產力指數、單位產出勞動成本指數和經濟成長率等重要經濟變數探討其關係，藉由探討就業人口與經濟成長率對彼此之影響，以期了解三級產業產值與就業人口之相互關係。

The work analysis the relationship between sectoral output and employment of Taiwan in 1982-2008. We adjust the base period of indexes of labor productivity and indexes of unit output labor costs. Subsequently, we convert the employment and the value of output into the base period. Further, we explore the relationship between the base period of indexes of employment, the based period of indexes of the value of output, the base period of indexes of labor productivity, the base period of indexes of unit output labor costs and economic growth rate. By investigate the effect on employment and economic growth rate. Some implication lying behind these results are discussed.
