「懶惰」的越南男人?!：越南台商基層勞工聘僱決策之探討

摘要

在全球資本主義的影響之下，不單只是資本與技術的流動，成本與勞工薪資問題也伴隨著出現，而在種種問題的衍生下，台商企業紛紛轉移資本前往第三國家投資設廠。以國際分工的角度觀之，至今台商的優先選擇區域為中國大陸與東南亞國家，而且台灣傳統產業也在面臨成本高漲與市場規模小的雙重壓力下，必須朝向海外市場發展。台灣跨國投資企業前往越南已餘十多年，台商在越南的企業當中，僱用員工都以女性為主，對於男性求職卻敬而遠之，本文依據此現象探討越南籍男性於台商的勞動市場不被重視之原因。

Under the influence of global capitalism, not just capital and technology flows, costs and labour salary issues are also accompanied appear, and in all these problems, Taiwanese businesses transfer capital to third countries. To the international division of perspective, Taiwanese businesses so far preferred mainland China and Southeast Asian countries, but Taiwanese traditional industry is facing upsurge in production costs and small market share, they have to develop overseas market. Taiwan transnational investments enterprises have been investing in Vietnam for more than 10 years and Taiwanese enterprises often employ female employees and reject male job seekers. This article is to in-depth discussing the phenomena of Vietnamese men not being respected by the Taiwanese enterprise in the labour market.
