本研究旨在探討南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力與專業發展評鑑成效的關係,主要研究目的有四: 一、瞭解南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力與專業發展評鑑成效之現況。 二、分析不同背景的南投縣國民中小學教師對終身學習關鍵能力之差異情形。 三、分析不同背景的南投縣國民中小學教師在教師專業發展評鑑成效之差異情形。 四、探討南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力與教師專業發展評鑑成效之情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以「終身學習關鍵能力與專業發展評鑑成效關係調查問卷」作為蒐集資料的工具,以南投縣國民中小學有參與教師專業發展評鑑之教師為研究對象;總計發出293份,回收有效問卷239份,問卷回收率為84.3%,有效填答率為96.7%。所得問卷以SPSS for Windown12.0版套裝軟體,進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計分析。依據文獻探討、問卷調查分析等結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、 南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力屬中上程度,情況良好,其中以「學會共處」的表現最佳。 二、 南投縣國民中小學教師專業發展評鑑成效屬中上程度,情況良好,其中以「敬業精神與態度」的成效最佳。 三、 年齡、服務年資、現任職務是影響南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力的因素。 四、 年齡、服務年資、現任職務是影響南投縣國民中小學教師專業發展評鑑成效的因素。 ii 五、 南投縣國民中小學教師終身學習關鍵能力與專業發展評鑑成效具有正相關,其中以「學會改變」最具預測力。 本研究結論根據以上結論,對南投縣教育主管與學校行政單位、國民中小學、國民中小學教師以及未來研究者提出建議,以供參考。 關鍵字:國民中小學教師、終身學習關鍵能力、教師專業發展評鑑
The main purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness on the relationship between lifelong learning competence and professional development of junior high and elementary school teachers in Nantou County, including: 1. Understanding the current environment of the lifelong learning competences and professional development for teachers in Nantou County. 2. Analyzing different teachers’ background that will affect their lifelong learning competences. 3. Analyzing different teachers’ background that will affect their professional development. 4. Exploring the relationship between lifelong learning competences and professional development of junior high and elementary school teachers This study is conducted based on questionnaire technique, using “the effectiveness on relationship between lifelong learning competences and professional development of junior high and elementary school“ as a tool for data collection. There are a total of 239 effective samples out of 293 questionnaires which were collected successfully. With recall rate of 84.3percent and respond rate of 96.7 percent. The collected data is analyzed by SPSS for Windown12.0 software, using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s iv product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is summarized below: 1. The level of lifelong learning competences of junior high and elementary school teachers in Nantou County is middle to high, and “learn to live together” is the highest. 2. The level of professional development of junior high and elementary school teachers in Nantou County is middle to high, and “work spirit and attitude” is the highest. 3. The age and current work position are the key effect of the lifelong learning competences. 4. The age, duration of work, and current work position are the key effect of professional development. 5. The lifelong learning competences has positive relation with professional development, especially “learn to change” has strong predictive power. According to the conclusions, the suggestion made in the study serves as reference for Nantou County education organization, junior high and elementary school, junior high and elementary school teachers as well as future research.
