摘要

本「女子100公尺個案研究報告｣是針對2009年全國運動會在賽前、賽中、賽後做一系列的準備，其中包括計劃、執行、評估，加上最後的檢討。本競賽實務報告收集許多相關文獻，藉以提供為日後教練及選手之參考。
本報告分為四節，內容如下：一、緒論：敘述筆者本身之經歷，以及筆者的體能、心理、技術分析。二、學理基礎：依據文獻說明100公尺項目的簡史、特殊性，以及該項目的訓練方法。三、結果與討論：本章呈現賽前所做的一系列準備，包括擬定計畫與實施以及說明比賽結果及討論。四、結論與建議：針對平時的訓練與比賽的結果探討出有效的建議及改進方式。

Abstract

The pragmatic report on a 100m race for women was about the preparation before, during and after 2009 National Athletic Games for the researcher. The report included the process of planning, execution, evaluation, and final reviewing. Many related references were collected to provide coaches and players for resources.
This report had four chapters. They are the introduction, references, planning for taking the contest, and conclusion and discussion. In Chapter One – Introduction, the researcher analysized her experience, physical capability, mentality, and skills.
In Chapter Two – References, the researcher described the short history, the characteristics, and training methods for 100m racing. In Chapter Three – Planning for taking the contest, the researcher showed her preparation process which included how to make a plan and how to execute it. Finally in Chapter Four – Conclusion and Discussion, more effective advice and ways for improvement for usual practices and results of contests were discussed.
