本研究以文獻分析法蒐集有關日本、中國等國家之職業足球發展歷程做為參考,並利用質性研究方法,採取半結構式訪談法訪談七位專業領域專家,涵蓋核心產業、支援體系及市場體系等不同領域之專家受訪者,於2019年9月23日至10月6日進行訪談,將結果檢驗後經分析歸納,所得結論如下: 一、臺灣足球現況 依據受訪者之意見共可分為發展目標方面、政府方面、賽事方面人才方面、企業方面、場地方面及風氣方面等面向,受訪者根據不同面向點出臺灣足球發展的現況,以做為後續職業化內涵之參酌。 二、臺灣足球運動職業化內涵 受訪者之意見經整理與歸納後共分為四大內涵,各構面皆包含其子要素,分別為政府投入(發展計畫、法令政策、組織聯盟、場地佈建);協會運作(賽事規劃、人才培育、球隊認證);企業參與(屬地經營、地方連結);行銷媒體(行銷方式、傳播平台)。 三、臺灣足球運動職業化可行性評估結果 根據研究結果評估政府投入、協會運作、企業參與及行銷媒體等內涵評估為可行,目前處於第一階段-職業因素準備期,未來必須進行改善工作,逐步提升職業化進程。
This research is based on the literature analysis method to collect the development history of professional football in Japan, China and other countries as a reference, and uses the qualitative research method to interview seven experts in varies professional fields, including experts interviewees in different fields such as in core industry, support system and market system. The interview was conducted from September 23 to October 6, 2019, and the results were divided after the test The conclusion is as follows: 1.Current situation of Taiwan football The opinions of the interviewees, it can be divided into three aspects: development goals, government policy, competition related talents, enterprises, venues and atmosphere.The interviewees pointed out the current situation of Taiwan's football development according to different aspects as a reference for the further professionalization connotation. 2.Professional connotation of Taiwan football After sorting out and summarizing the opinions of the interviewees, it is divided into four connotations, each of which contains its sub elements, namely, government investment (development plan, laws and policies, organizational alliance, venue construction); national football governing body operation (event planning, talent cultivation, team certification); enterprise participation (territorial operation, local connection); marketing media (marketing mode, communication platform). 3.The feasibility evaluation results of Taiwan Football Professionalization According to the research results, it is feasible to evaluate the connotation of government investment, national football governing body operation, enterprise participation and marketing media. At present, it is in the first stage-preparation period for professional factors. In the future, it is necessary to improve the football business field and gradually elevate the professionalization process.
