本研究主要探討國小教師實行社會領域理財教育課綱對於國小學生的成效,藉由問卷為輔深度訪談的方式,自編「建行科技大學針對國小教師對理財教育調查問卷」,以及深度訪談作為資料蒐集的工具,探討國小學生對理財教育課程的成效。並以桃園市中壢區國小教師為對象,總計樣本為五份。 研究結論如下:從問卷及深度訪談得知現行國小社會領域理財教育課程只對於國小高年級有列入社會領域的公民章節,且多數老師並非屬於社會領域,對於課程內容並無法完全教授給國小學生,導致國小階段理財教育課程實行的結果效果不彰。最後研究者對各實務工作者、學校行政單位、教育主管機關提出下列相關建議以供參考。 一、小學社會領域的理財教育課程能引用理財軟體來輔助小學老師上課。 二、配合閱讀理財教育繪本及跟各科目銜接並以小遊戲得方式引導學生學習理財知識。 三、學生可從日常生活開始進行理財規劃,例如:零用錢的分配、i-cash儲值卡的運用、存提錢的實際操作等等,強調理財觀念與生活經驗的結合,以提升小學生理財素養。
This paper mainly explores the effectiveness of primary school teachers implementing the course outline of financial education in social field on pupils. With in-depth interview supplemented by questionnaire survey, “Questionnaire for Primary School Teachers’ Financial Education by Chien Hsin University” is formulated to collect materials, so as to explore the effectiveness of students’ financial education course. Primary school teachers from Chungli Districts of Taoyuan City are taken as research subjects, with five samples recovered. The conclusions of this study are as follows: through questionnaires and in-depth interview, this study learns that the social field finance course of current primary school only adds social field citizen chapter into that of high grade students, while most of the teachers are not with the background of social field who cannot teach the content of course for students completely, which leads to the ineffective result. Finally, this study proposes the following related suggestions for practical workers, administrative unit of school and education authority as reference. 1. The social field financial course of primary school can assist teachers in teaching by financial software. 2. The students are guided to learn financial knowledge by reading financial education picture book, coordinating with other courses and playing mini games. 3. The student can conduct financial planning from daily life, such as the allocation of pocket money, the application of i-cash card and the practical operation of depositing and withdrawing money, which emphasize the combination of financial management concept and life experience to improve the financial literacy of primary school students.
