論文摘要內容: 多樓層設施佈置是單樓層設施佈置問題的延伸,其最大差異在於多樓層設施規劃佈置有垂直搬運成本的考量,除了考慮同樓層及不同樓層間部門間的流量關係外,在目標函數的考量也變得更加的複雜。 本研究提出一個考慮電梯配置位置的多樓層設施佈置問題,除了考慮同樓層及不同樓層間流量的關係之外,還加上了電梯的配置、數量及流量,其問題較為複雜但也更接近現實。 本研究建構一個三階段啟發式演算法,第一階段先進行部門分層佈置,將部門配置於適當的樓層。第二階段進行樓層內的配置,將各樓層內部門佈置於適當的位置。第三階段則進行電梯的配置,尋求電梯的配置、數量及流量。本研究嘗試以門檻值接受法(Threshold Accepting, TA)進行求解,並以空間填滿曲線(Space Filling Curve, SFC)使部門配置可以連續不間斷。利用多樓層設施佈置之例題來驗證本研究所建構之三階段多樓層設施佈置演算法的求解能力,再與以往相關文獻研究之目標函數值相比較,結果發現本研究之求解成本值優於範例之初始解,可供決策者作為多樓層設施佈置時之參考。 關鍵詞:多樓層設施佈置、空間填滿曲線、電梯配置、門檻值接受法
The contents of abstract in this thesis: A multiple-floor facilities layout problem is an extension of a single-floor facilities layout problem. The difference between multiple-floor and single-floor facilities mainly is that the multiple-floor requires additionally considering vertical handling cost, implying that a multiple-floor problem is more difficult to solve than a single-floor problem. In addition to solving the multiple-floor facilities layout problem, are also considered in the development of layout designing algorithm the number and locations problems of elevators. In order to improve the application of the multi-floor facility layout problem, the proposed algorithm also takes into account the number, capacity and locations of elevators. The proposed solution procedure can be described by three stages: the first stage is to assign appropriate departments for each floor. The traditional layout problem is the applied in the second stage. The third stage is to search the feasible locations of elevators. The Threshold Accepting (TA) algorithm is used in the first method and second stages for. This research also uses space filling curve (SFC) method for achieving the optimal solution of the department layout designing. The three stages development approach proposed in this research includes also the analytical procedure in comparing the material handling cost. The analyzed results showed that the proposed algorithm can reduce 58.25% the vertical material handling cost compared to the MULTIPLE algorithm under discussed in the same example. This result also shows that the algorithm development obtains better performance than previews researches.
