「靜觀」—賽德克族部落報導攝影

「Sadu」 — A Reportage Photography of Seejiq Tribal

摘要


綜觀不同時期臺灣原住民影像,可見證原住民文化及生活的歷史跡痕與時代變遷。自1970、1980年報導攝影在臺灣歷經鄉土風情、社會生活形態、原住民部落、弱勢階級攝影題材一陣熱潮後,已漸趨消逝。長期處於弱勢的原住民生活文化傳統漸被遺忘,有鑒於此,本創作研究希望透過鏡頭觀看臺灣原住民賽德克族部落真實生活原貌,以增進原住民部落生活與台灣各族群間的生活文化交流。 本創作研究透過田野觀察紀錄、報導攝影紀實表現形式,以客觀、不帶預設立場的觀點,以人本關懷思維瞭解偏鄉部落社會環境,宏觀視野紀錄文化層面的諸多風貌與現象。歷經近一年的靜觀部落生活影像紀錄與探討,藉由「環境篇」、「生活篇」、「部落小學」三篇創作主題系列,以影像敘事的脈絡呈現部落生活現況,期許觀看者對賽德克靜觀部落環境原貌有更進一步了解與關懷,以及自我觀照未來攝影創作思維的反省。最後將本創作研究的結論簡述如下: (一)以人為關懷的中心價值觀作為報導攝影的實踐。 (二)從文化、生活、環境的層次重新思考影像思維與創作的意涵。 (三)紀實影像的溝通(communication)效益:1.能被看見就會理解、2.站上傳唱的位置,讓社會大眾更能進一步了解原民部落文化、以行動關懷原住民部落、3.圖文作品整理出版,供未來從事原住民部落傳統研究或影像創作者之參考。

Make a comprehensive survey of the images of the different periods of Taiwan's Aborigines, can witness the historical track and times changing of Aboriginal culture and lives. The Reportage Photography in Taiwan had gradually disappeared since the 1970s after the photographic theme boom of the local customs, social life forms, indigenous tribes, and the disadvantaged class. The Aboriginal lives and cultural traditions are disadvantaged over a long period of time. And gradually being forgotten. In view of this, the creative research hopes that everyone can view the real and original lives of Seediq tribes of Taiwan. To enhance the lives and cultural exchanges between aboriginal tribes and the various ethnic groups in Taiwan. The creative research expressed with field observation and reportage photography, perceived the social environment of the remote tribes with objective viewpoint and the thought of humanism care. Also, the creative research recorded many of the details and phenomena. The record and exploration of Sadu Tribal living images had experienced nearly a year. In which there were three creative theme series: environment, life, and tribal elementary school. Showing the current status of tribal life via the contexts of image's narratives. Not only encourage the viewers to have further understanding and concerns about Seediq Sadu Tribal original environment but also make a self-reflection about the thought of photographic creation in the future. Finally, the conclusion of the creative research has summarized as follows: (A)To practice the reportage photography with the values of humanism care. (B)To rethink about the meaning of image's thought and the creation from the perspectives of culture, life, and environment. (C)The effectiveness of communication of the documentary image: 1. Can be seen then will understand. 2. Widely sing let the public can have further understanding about aboriginal culture, and to be concerned about aboriginal tribes in action. 3. To edit and publish the works to provide references for the research of Aboriginal tribal traditions or image creators.
