本研究動機與目的在於針對少子化浪潮衝擊下的國民小學進行調查,瞭解校園閒置空間再利用政策下,教師對於校園閒置空間再利用的認知與需求。試圖透過教師的觀點,討論校園閒置空間再利用的政策執行之認知與需求。 本研究應用閒置空間再利用的相關理論文獻回顧,藉由PZB服務品質評估架構,IRPA與IAA服務品質分析法,綜合分析教師對於校園閒置空間再利用之政策執行過程中需要改善的構面題項。 本研究問卷調查成果,題項均通過信效度檢定。初步分析指出改善項目:在閒置空間再利用政策執行方面,須改善提供行政技術協助,提供行政人力支援,提供經費預算。在校園閒置空間再利用之活動參與方面,師生安全管理,提供問題解決諮詢,協助發展學校特色充實教學活動內涵為重要改善項目。總結研究結果指出,建立閒置空間再利用支持機制為永續經營管理的當務之急。
The motivation and purpose of this study were to investigate the national primary schools under the influence of the wave of the low birthrate, to understand the cognitions and needs of the teachers for the reuse of the unused space in the idle space reuse policy. It was trying to discuss the cognition and needs of the policy implementation demands of the reuse of idle space on campus through the teachers' point of view. In this paper, the PZB service quality evaluation framework, IRPA and IAA service quality analysis method were used to analyze the structural problems that teachers need to improve in the policy implementation of the idle space reuse. The results of questionnaires in this study were tested for reliability and validity. A preliminary analysis indicates that the project improved: In terms of the implementation of idle space reuse policies, administrative technical assistance, administrative manpower support and budgetary provision should be improved. In the campus idle space reuse activity participation, the teacher and student safety management provides the problem-solving consultation, helps the school developing characteristic to enrich the teaching activity connotation for the important improvement of the project. Summary of research results pointed out that the establishment of idle space reuse support mechanism for the sustainable management of the top priority should be improved.
