菲涅爾太陽能加熱系統概念造型設計

摘要


本研究主要目的為菲涅爾太陽能加熱系統概念設計與造型分析。研究先行探討菲涅爾透鏡不同聚焦高度與傾斜角度對於水溶液溫升的影響。實驗結果發現當陽光與透鏡呈垂直角度時,其較佳聚焦高度約20 cm,水溶液溫度即可達到100 ℃以上,且隨著透鏡傾斜角度愈大,聚焦高度愈低,同時溫升效果愈差。另外,為確保菲涅爾太陽能加熱系統能長時間增加日照量提升加熱效率,研究持續進行追日機構設計,透過感測器電壓差等量測實驗,以利未來追日機構實體開發控制參考依據。同時藉由保溫管路設計,利用管路外層保溫海綿包覆有效阻隔熱能散失,以提升水溶液保溫效果。最後,研究為改善傳統太陽能加熱系統呆板外形,透過問卷調查分析方式,了解現代人對於太陽能加熱系統的外觀造型需求,研究以30人進行32種相關建築物造型問卷調查,統計發現多數人選擇竹柱圖片與羅馬柱圖片,研究即從圖片中進行文化和外觀特徵分析,並利用手繪方式進行草圖設計,最後再以3D繪製其整體外觀造型。綜合上述,本研究所提出之菲涅爾太陽能加熱系統概念設計與造型分析流程,期望能提供太陽能加熱器產業未來相關產品設計開發參考依據。

This study aims to design the solar heating system with Fresnel lens and the modeling analysis. The effects of the focusing height and tilt angle of Fresnel lens on the temperature of solution are first studied. The experimental results show that the better focusing height is about 20cm and the solution temperature reaches over 100 ℃ when the sun is perpendicular to the lens; besides, when the tilt angle of lens increases, the focusing height is reduced and the temperature rise becomes worse. Furthermore, to ensure the solar heating system with Fresnel lens being able to increase the daily flux in long period for enhancing the heating efficiency, the design of sun tracker has been continuously studied. Measuring experiments through the voltage differences in sensors are preceded for the reference sample of the development and control of sun trackers. Meanwhile, the design of temperature insulating pipes could promote the temperature insulating effect of solution by covering the pipes with insulating sponge to separate the heat dissipation. Finally, to improve the dull shape of traditional solar heating systems, questionnaire survey is applied to understanding the requirements of modern people for the modeling of solar heating systems. Thirty-two styles are selected by thirty people with questionnaire survey. The statistical findings show that most people choose bamboo and roman columns. The culture and appearance are also analyzed; the design draft is drawn by hand, and the overall style is drawn with 3D. To sum up, we expect the design and modeling of solar heating systems with Fresnel lens in this research will become the reference of solar energy heater industry in the future.
