電子化工作流程(E-Workflow)之系統設計與實作-以物流業為例

摘要


企業內部傳統的工作流程大都透過人工處理紙張文件的方式進行,此種方式的主要缺點在於分文、逐級呈核、會辦相關人員。或往更高主管呈核的過程中既費時又費力,且文件流向無法有效掌握。因此,許多產業都已經在進行電子化工作流(E-Workflow),但物流業卻未見明顯之動作。為實現電子化企業的目標,企業應選擇適合企業的資訊系統,循序漸近地建置電子化工作流程(E-Workflow)及管理系統(WFMS)。在E-Workflow的建置方面,必須運用工作流程管理系統(WFMS)的概念,並實際導入群組軟體(Groupware)。因此本論文的主要目的在應用Lotus Notes/Domino作為系統設計與實作的開發工具,針對物流業內部的人事部門與財務部門的相關工作流程,如請假申請、費用申請與加班申請,進行系統架構分析、評估,建置E-Workflow及其管理系統。最後,分析採行E-Workflow後的效益。

The workflows within traditional enterprises usually involves dealing with paper documents by hand. The primary disadvantages of this method are that time and energy are wasted on distributing documents, seeking and receiving authorization and approvals, notifying related personnel, and submitting documents to higherranking officials for approval. In addition, the direction of document flow cannot be controlled efficiently. Therefore, many enterprises have started to implement electronic work flows(E-workflow); however, the logistics industry has not yet taken up this idea. In order to achieve the objective of establishing an E-business, logistics enterprises should choose appropriate information systems, and systematically introduce E-workflow and workflow management systems (WFMS). In order to establish E-workflow, it is necessary to apply the concept of WFMS, and install software for managing group interaction(Groupware). Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to apply Lotus Notes/Domino as a tool for system design and development, in order to examine the workflow processes in personnel department and financial affairs department within the logistics industry, including aspects such as leave applications, purchasing processes and over time applications. After analysis and evaluation of the systems in process, an E-workflow and management system is proposed. Finally, the benefits of introducing E-workflow are analyzed.
