The purposes of this study were to compare the differences of well-being between before and after in the 8 week therapeutic recreation, and to interview the well-being for elders after 8 week therapeutic recreation. There had 36 participants, aged over 65 years, and they at least to participate 6 times class, in addition, 5 subjects were to participate interview in this study. The results were as follows: 1. the scores of well-being was significantly different between before and after; 2. after 8 week class, they had more confidence for their physical ability, had more deep impression to the class include the factor of memory, and don't had more desire for their life. It is concluded that therapeutic recreation could positive to promote physical self-confidence and well-being.
