This thesis make use of science and technology of GIS, GPS and RS applications .By to assist information establish, data gather and a drawing to put i order. For to promote applications of region planning in technology. This thesis on Peikaun urban planning (a district in the vicinity of culture and education) to make an experiment, thus to harmony with adopt traditional and 3S plan to proceed for applications of urban and region planning, and to compare precision, advantage and shortcoming.
