Antagonistic Effect of Selenium against Aflatoxin G1 Toxicity Induced Chromosomal Aberrations and Metabolic Activities of Two Crop Plants

硒可對抗黃麴毒素G1對兩種作物引起之染色體不正常及代謝活性影響

摘要


本文研討硒對黃麴毒素G1對兩種作物引起之染色體不正常及代謝活性影響的對抗作用。結果顯示0.1,0.2及0.4ppm濃度之黃麴毒素G1增加染色體不正常,且細胞分裂指數、總蛋白質及葉綠素含量下降。當0.08,8及800ppm濃度之硒(上標 4+)和黃麴毒素G1同時加入時,染色體不正常減緩,且細胞分裂指數、總蛋白質及葉綠素含量增加。同時,結果顯示硒(上標 4+)對黃麴毒素有拮抗作用,而此拮抗作用依二者之相對濃度而定。

The antagonistic effect of selenium (Se(superscript 4+)) against aflatoxin G1 (AFG1) toxicity induced chromosomal aberrations and metabolic activities in plants was studied. The results showed that 0.1, 0.2, 0.4 ppm concentrations of aflatoxin G1 increased chromosomal aberration and mitotic index on total protein, and chlorophyll content decreased. When 0.08, 8, 800 ppm concentrations of Se(superscript 4+) were added to AFG1, the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations decreased and mitotic index, total protein and chloropyll content increased. Also, results suggested that Se(superscript 4+) has an antagonistic effect against AFG1, and that the degree of antagonistism of Se against AFG1 is probably related to its concentration ratio.
