摘要

首先，本文針對工業遺產的特殊性提出研究的問題。面對當前工業遺產保存在台灣的處境，就經濟全球化所加速的國營企業私有化趨勢、市民社會浮現而表現出對工業遺產保存的高度期望等脈絡，本文審視國家的保存政策，也就是文化政策的形成與執行所面臨的挑戰，它將塑造未來台灣城市的空間形式。最後，作者提出理論反思，試與世界其他地方工業遺產保存經驗所再現的，全球化下正在改變的國家與社會關係，進行比較與對話。這經常是工業遺產保存得以執行的關鍵。

At first, this paper raises the research question on the specificity of industrial heritage. Facing the situation of the conservation of the current industrial heritage in Taiwan, in terms of the context of the escalating trend of the privatization of national enterprises in economic globalization and the high expectation of the conservation of industrial heritage from the emerging civil society, the paper examines the conservation policy of the state. It's also the challenge of the formation and the implementation of the cultural policy which will shape the spatial form of the cities in Taiwan. Finally, a theoretical reflection will be concluded to dialogue with the other places to compare the conservation experience of industrial heritage, which represents the changing relationship between the state and society in globalization. This is always the key of the implementation of the conservation of industrial heritage.
