失智症日照中心環境品質評量指標探討

有鑑於社區照顧服務成為長照2.0政策之主體服務，台灣許多縣市全力推動以社區為基礎的日照中心，然而現有失智症日照中心之環境設施功能定位不清以及缺乏環境設計指引，本研究目的在於研擬環境品質評量指標，以提供我國失智症日照中心環境設施發展依據。研究方法採系統性文獻回顧法建立評量架構及研擬評量指標，並透過德菲法進行專家諮詢而讓指標內容符合信效度。研究結果呈現失智症日照中心環境品質評量指標包含生理與心理安全維護設施、熟悉（懷舊）情境營造、多元化職能治療活動場所安排、感官刺激環境元素建構、方向辨識系統與現實導向設施、社交行為促進之空間安排、減少造成錯覺與幻覺之環境設計、徘徊空間與遊走路徑建構等，此13項評量項目與72項評量指標在未來可做為衛生福利部失智症日照中心環境設施評鑑依據，同時可成為建築設計規範訂定之參考。

Many cities promote community-based day care center in Taiwan owing to community care service becoming the major service of long-term care policy. Nevertheless, environmental function of dementia day care center was unclear and lack of design guidelines. The purpose of this research was to study the assessment indicators of environmental quality in order to provide the basis of environmental development for dementia day care center. Systematic literature review to establish the frame and indicator of assessment and Delphi to process experts panel reaching reliability and validity of indicator contents were applied as research methods. The results of this research showed that the assessment indicators of environmental quality for dementia day care center included surveillance facility and safety protection, construction of reminiscence setting, multiple activity spaces for occupational therapy, reality orientation and sign system, spaces arrangement for social activities, decrease of illusion and hallucination in the environmental design and construction of wandering path and space. These 13 assessment items and 72assessment indicators are available for the basis of environmental assessment during Ministry of Health and Welfare implementing the assessment of dementia day care center, as well as become the reference for building design criteria.
