細支精梳棉紗之品質對高密度梭織物織造效率的影響性

摘要


8.43Tex細支棉胚紗與先染棉紗織造高密度梭織物時,其整經、漿紗與織造效率受到細紗品質之影響甚大,其中細紗品質之強力CV%、伸度CV%、IPI值與長度3 mm以上之毛羽量等因素影響織造效率最大。細支棉胚紗之織造效率隨著織造密度之增加而迅速下降;細支棉胚紗經染色後之色紗品質較原胚紗略差,其織造效率隨著織造密度之增加而急遽下降。因此,宜先選擇品質較佳之低強力CV%、低伸度CV%、低IPI值與低毛羽量的緊密紗與其先染色紗,以利織造高密度梭織物。

When weaving high density woven fabrics with 8.43Tex fine grey and dyed cotton yarns, their warping, sizing and weaving efficiency are subject to yarn qualities; especially in tenacity CV%, elongation CV%, imperfection index and hairiness amount over length 3mm.The weaving efficiency of fine cotton yarns quickly reduces with the weaving density increases. Qualities of dyed yarns are always little worse than original grey yarns, so its weaving efficiency quickly drops when weaving high density woven fabrics.Therefore, we have to select and use compact yarns with low tenacity CV%, low elongation CV%, low imperfection index and low hairiness amount over length 3mm, and so on dyed yarns, so as to get better weaving efficiency while weaving high density woven fabrics.
