When weaving high density woven fabrics with 8.43Tex fine grey and dyed cotton yarns, their warping, sizing and weaving efficiency are subject to yarn qualities; especially in tenacity CV%, elongation CV%, imperfection index and hairiness amount over length 3mm.The weaving efficiency of fine cotton yarns quickly reduces with the weaving density increases. Qualities of dyed yarns are always little worse than original grey yarns, so its weaving efficiency quickly drops when weaving high density woven fabrics. Therefore, we have to select and use compact yarns with low tenacity CV%, low elongation CV%, low imperfection index and low hairiness amount over length 3mm, and so on dyed yarns, so as to get better weaving efficiency while weaving high density woven fabrics.
