陪伴老人家在部落生活－Sakul部落文化健康站的夢想

摘要

作者分享了撒固兒部落如何藉著原民會文健站的資源協助照顧家裡的長輩，讓部落青年返鄉，一步步重新找回部落的生活機能，並且凝聚了文化重振的共識。老人家是文化的寶，來文健站，是要讓老人家有可以發揮的角色，而年輕人發揮創意陪伴長者，結合長者的生命故事及技術傳承，連結當地文化資源，長者不但貼近社區的活動，也擺脫「無生產力、總需要被照顧」的刻板印象。找出適合部落的長照模式，文健站的長者與照服員互為照顧者，也互為被照顧者。

Project leader, Lee shared how Sakul use Council Of Indigenous People's subsidies to help the community elderly and help youth come back to work in tribe. Lee finds the way back the past, step by step, she let the tribe can live in tradition culture. The elders are treasures of culture. At the station, elder can share their stories and traditional skills, youth can be the company with elder to learn the skills and let the stories last longer. So the elderly are not only cared for, they are teachers. In the station, the elderly and youth can take care of each other.
