控釋肥施用量對象牙木苗木組織含碳率影響之研究

The study of dosage effect of Osmocote on tissues' carbon percentage of Diospyros ferrea seedlings

摘要


植物生長發育除需要陽光、空氣和水之外,亦需要各種養分元素的合理供給;養分元素供應若缺乏或過多都會對植株造成不利影響,並且小苗初期營養狀況會影響植株後續生長、甚至開花。在苗圃,苗木進行施肥作業是為了改善苗床或苗盆之土壤肥力狀態而使苗木生長變好,進而提高其收穫量或品質。控釋(controlled release)是指以各種調控機制使養分釋放按照設定的釋放模式、釋放率和釋放時間以及作物吸收養分規律一致,因此孕育產生控釋型肥料。本研究希望了解控釋型肥料-長效奧妙肥(Osmocote)-施用量對象牙木苗木根、莖與葉生長暨組織含碳率的影響。結果顯示:控釋肥施用量在根部含碳率與TR率之含碳率二者皆呈現無差異,但在莖部含碳率、葉部含碳率及地上部含碳率呈現顯著到極顯著差異;控釋肥施用量與葉部含碳率、控釋肥施用量與地上部含碳率、莖部含碳率與地上部含碳率、莖部含碳率與葉部含碳率、葉部含碳率與地上部含碳率呈現顯著到極顯著的直線迴歸。綜合以上結果,象牙木苗木之葉部與地上部二者含碳率呈現隨著控釋肥施用量增加而增加之現象,而根部與莖部則呈現類似趨勢。

Growth and development of tree and seedling need reasonable allocation of nutrients besides sun, air and water. Negative influence will happen if nutrient supply in deficiency or in excess, and seedling' initial nutrient condition will affect tree's later growth, even flowering. In the nursery, fertilization to seedling is to improve soil fertility of seedbed and pot in order to make well growth of seedling. It is expected that seedling can have well growth and good quality. Controlled release means to use any mechanism to release nutrient by set program, release ratio, and release time to match crop's nutrient uptake. Therefore, Osmocote is invented for this purpose.This study would like to investigate 0~40 g pot^(-1)Osmocote effects on growth and carbon percentage of root, stem, and leaf of Diospros ferrea seedlings. We would like to use optimum dosage of Osmocote for cost-profit balance, and reduce the burden of fertilizer on environment. The results of tissues' carbon percentage showed: no dosage effects were found in both root and T/R ratio, however, that of stem, leaf and top significant to very significant effects; significant to very significant linear relationships were found between dosage and leaf's carbon percentage, dosage and top's carbon percentage, stem's carbon percentage and top's carbon percentage, stem's carbon percentage and top's carbon percentage, stem's carbon percentage and leaf's carbon percentage, and leaf's carbon percentage and top's carbon percentage. Carbon percentages of leaf and top were linearly increased with Osmocote dosages, however, similar tendencies were found in that of root and stem.
