台灣優秀大學橄欖球前鋒與後衛之一般體能差異比較

The Comparison in Physical Fitness Performances between Elite Taiwan College Rugby Forwards and Back

摘要


探討台灣優秀大學橄欖球隊前鋒與後衛的一般體能差異性。方法:大專甲組橄欖球隊共30名球員(前鋒15名、後衛15名),分別進行一分鐘伏地挺身、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠、一百公尺速度與十二分鐘跑檢測。結果:一分鐘伏地挺身方面,前鋒(53.2 ± 18.5次)優於後衛(40.5 ± 8.5次);立定跳遠方面,後衛(242.4 ± 14.9公分)優於前鋒(227.5 ± 20.1公分);一百公尺速度方面,後衛(13.1 ± 0.6 秒)優於前鋒(14.4 ± 1.0秒); 十二分鐘跑方面,後衛(2,525.3 ± 165.0公尺)優於前鋒(2,292.7 ± 231.8公尺);兩組球員在一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐與坐姿體前彎測驗無顯著差異。結論:前鋒在肌力與肌耐力的表現上優於後衛,體型也比後衛壯碩,而後衛的爆發力、一百公尺速度與心肺耐力則是優於前鋒。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in physical fitness performances between elite rugby forwards and backs in Taiwan. Methods: Thirty college level elite rugby players voluntarily participated in this study (15 forwards and 15 backs). All subjects performed one minute push-up, one minute sit-up, sit-and-reach, 100 meters sprint, standing long jump and 12 minutes run. Results: Forwards showed better performance of push-up than backs (forwards: 53.2 ± 18.5 times vs. backs: 40.5 ± 8.5 times, p < .05). Moreover, backs showed better performances in both standing long jump (forwards: 227.5 ± 20.1 cm vs. backs: 242.4 ± 14.9 cm, p < .05), 100 meters sprint (forwards: 14.4 ± 1.0 sec vs. backs: 13.1 ± 0.6 sec, p < .05), and 12 minutes running (forwards: 2,292.7 ± 231.8 meters vs. backs: 2,525.3 ± 165.0 meters, p < .05). However, there were no significant differences in one minute sit-up and sit-and-reach between forwards and backs. Conclusion: Rugby forward players showed better performance in muscle strength and endurance. However, the backs had greater muscle power, 100 meters sprint performance, and cardiopulmonary capacity than the forwards.
