茂林國家風景區原住民地區居民對觀光衝擊認知與觀光發展態度關係之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的在於了解茂林國家風景區之當地居民對於觀光發展衝擊影響之認知、對觀光發展態度，期望透過此研究結果引起政府在未來規劃開發原住民地區觀光事業時能夠做更妥善的規劃與管理。研究採問卷調查，分爲基本資料變項、觀光衝擊認知變項與對觀光發展態度變項等三部份，共獲得有效問卷數200份，抽樣方法採便利抽樣法，資料處理利用SPSS12.0進行統計分析，所得結果顯示：整體而言觀光衝擊認知偏向正面，經由因素分析後得到「負面實質環境及社會文化衝擊」、「正面實質環境及社會文化衝擊」與「經濟衝擊」等三個構面；觀光發展對當地社會所帶來之衝擊影響中，以「負面實質環境與社會文化衝擊」的影響最大，其次爲「正面實質環境與社會文化衝擊」，而「經濟衝擊」影響則較小。居民之部份基本資料變項會造成觀光衝擊認知上顯著的差異，居民觀光發展態度與「負面實質環境與社會文化負面衝擊」呈負相關，與「正面實質環境與社會文化正面衝擊」和「經濟衝擊」呈正相關。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the residents' perceptions of tourism impact in the Maolin National Scenic Area. Through the result of this research, we expect that the government will have a thorough scheme and management for developing the tourism business of the aboriginal area in their future plan. A structural questionnaire was designed to collect data regarding social factors, tourism impact factors, residents' attitudes for tourism development, and their acceptances for tourists' behavior. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected through residents' opinions survey. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0.
Results showed that residents' perceptions of tourism impact plays a critical role. By analyzing the factor, three dimensions of residents' perception of tourism impact were developed: ”positive impact of physical environment and social-culture”, ”negative impact of physical environment and social-culture” and ”economic impact. The residents' perceptions of tourism impact were ”negative impact of physical environment and social-culture”＞”positive impact of physical environment”＞”economic impact”. Residents' sociographic characters will cause a significant difference among heir perceptions of tourism impact.
