Objective: To understand the performance of domestic children's sports journals and the direction in which they could advance in the future. Methods: The content analysis method was used in this study. The EXCELL table was used for coding on the research tools, and the SPSS 22 version was used for descriptive statistical classification. The four major analysis themes of this study were: 1. the year of publication, 2. the research method, 3. the classification of the school, and 4. the journal level. The research reliability is 0.93. Results: Most of the children's physical fitness was published in the past in 2012. The most research methods were used in literature review. The classification of the curriculum was mainly to explore the physical education curriculum and teaching, and the publication of journal-level publications was mostly unclassified in TSSCI. Conclusion: Established a theoretical basis for the study of the physical fitness of young children, and assisted future researchers to follow the reference direction.
