因現代化科技進步之影響,透過電子媒體進行即時教學與學習已經超越傳統教與學的空間。教育部「數位學伴線上課業輔導計畫」中,大學生的參與,讓弱勢兒童能夠借助科技的力量獲得應有的資訊素養與課後學習機會。數位學伴線上課業輔導團隊有效組織現有的人力資源,提供服務機會,讓參與的大學生(線上學伴)建立應有的態度與知識。本研究主要目的在於探討(線上學伴)之態度成長分析之指標。研究以參與數位學伴線上課業輔導的大學生為對象,分析學生參與服務之態度成長。透過一系列問卷項目,建構態度分析之指標,蒐集學生問卷調查反應資料。研究總共蒐集1,182名線上學伴反應資料。主成分分析結果歸納出6個構面因素:(I)社會關注與責任、(II)服務行動、(III)自我要求、(IV)人際互動、(V)服務前瞭解服務族群、(VI)服務中瞭解服務族群。因素的解釋總變異量為68.15%。就應用方面,本研究之研究結果可提供未來數位學伴計畫學生社會參與之指標應用之參考。
The use of modern technology where live teaching and learning is facilitated through electronic media has extended beyond the reach of traditional teaching and learning space. "Online Tutoring for After-School Learning" project is supported by Ministry of Education. The project team organized human resources, provided college students with service opportunity, and encouraged college students (online tutors) to develop positive attitude and needed knowledge in online-tutoring. The study aimed to construct a set of indices used to analyze online tutors' attitude learning from engaging the service. A set of questionnaire items were used to collect survey data. Responses from online tutors (1,182 college students) were obtained. A principle component analysis was conducted. Six clusters of factors were identified: (I) Social concern and responsibility, (II) Service actions, (III) Self-discipline, (IV) Social interaction, (V) Understanding prior to service, and (VI) Understanding during service. Accumulated variance reached 68.15%. The result of the study might provide reference for assessing social engagement among online tutors.
