「緩慢運動」體驗的自我檢核分析

摘要


本研究目的:(一)探討緩慢運動的意涵;(二)分析「緩慢運動」的體驗結果;(三)探討緩慢運動體驗的自我檢核成效。本研究採用文件分析、問卷調查法和拼圖式合作教學法。研究對象為高雄市立空中大學的上課學員,歷經四個學期,合計二年,共226位學員。研究工具為「緩慢運動體驗自我檢核表」,檢核表以檢視-調適-嘗試與合作教學為主軸。研究結論為(一)緩慢運動是為了達成個人身心靈的養生、健康與休閒,調整生活配速,所從事非競技的身體活動。其目的是促進個人身體健康,心靈滿足,豐富休閒人生,與實現自我的人生價值。(二)帶動身體的活力,放鬆心情、享受愉悅!逐步開發,提供更多適合個人「緩慢運動」的選擇。(三)從事緩慢運動的比例性別上:男性>女性。年齡上:55歲以上>41~54歲>40歲以下。家居情形:與人同住>個人獨居。工作現況:退休>待業(或家管)>工作中。

The purpose of this study was (a) to investigate the implications of the Slow Physical Activity; (b) to analyze the experience results of Slow Physical Activity; and (c) to explore the effectiveness of Slow Physical Activity. Documents analysis, a questionnaire and Jigsaw Cooperative Pedagogy are the methods of this study. There are 226 participants of OUK included in this study. Research instrument is the Slow Physical Activity checklist within Check - Adjustment - Try (CAT) items. The results indicated that: (a) the Slow Physical Activity is the non-competitive physical activity or exercise which achieve personal health and leisure. Its purpose is to promote personal health, mind, spirit, and realize the value of life; (b) gradually, develop and provide more Slow Physical Activities for individual choice; (c) the proportion of taking Slow Physical Activity, sex: male> female. Age: 55 years of age> 41 to 54 years> 40 years of age. Home situation: with people living> Personal alone. Work Status: Retired> unemployed > work.
