屏東大鵬灣國家風景區遊客對自行車車道體驗之滿意度調查

The Analysis of the Bicycle Experience in Dapeng-Bay National Scenic Area

摘要

以大鵬灣國家特定風景區自行車道騎乘自行車之199位遊客，使用自行車道之滿意度調查。問卷分為兩個部份，一個是基本資料、一個是滿意度問卷，基本資料的內容包括（姓名、年齡、教育程度、職業、等…）共11項。另一個是滿意度問卷的部份，共分為五個層面，此部分以五點量表來填答。結果顯示：一、基本資料部分：女性較多，佔52.8%。齡分佈上，以20~30歲為佔53.3%最多，其次30~40歲為30.2%次之；再者10~20歲為9.0%。教育程度分佈上，以大專、大學佔69.8%最多；其次高中（職）為佔19.1%次之。職業分佈上，以學生為89人，佔44.7%為最多；其次商人為佔32.7%次之，再者為其它佔7.5%。二、滿意度部分：「服務滿意度」數值最高為3.7±0.7，「附加設施滿意度」數值為最低3.0±0.9，其餘的「路線環境滿意度」、「車道規劃滿意度」、「出租車體驗滿意度」等介在中間。

The purpose of this study was to analysis bicycle experience of the 199 tourists in Dapeng-Bay national scenic area. The result included two sections: 1.The basic data of the tourists. 2. The customer satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed that: 1.The most age range was 20~30 yrs(53.3%), the most education situation was college(69.8%), the most occupational situation was student(44.7%). The satisfaction questionnaire was showed that the service attitude was most satisfied, the additional instruments or tools were the least satisfied.
