環境的變遷,個人需面對多許多壓力,而壓力多是自殺的前置因子。許多研究證明,運動與休閒對於紓解壓力有幫助,但會主動運動的學生則少之又少。如何讓學生的壓力,經由運動得以舒緩,或讓不運動的學生能夠自主的參與運動,為相關單位迫切需要了解的議題。不同於過去的人員訪談或尺度量表問卷,本研究用資料採礦方法,經由學生自主填寫壓力來源順序,進而勾勒出大學生壓力特徵。結果發現1.有無規律運動學生,其偏好的運動項目及壓力來源也不盡相同。2.經由順序壓力來源有助於探勘出學生較內心的壓力來源,並推論此方式能有效預防大學生的自殺行為。最後,建議推出定期水域紓壓運動及不定期的有氧紓壓運動,以滿足規律運動或無規律運動學生之需求。
The individuals need to face a lot of pressure in the changes of environment. No matter what reason, pressure is a pre-factor for suicide. Many researches have proved that sports and leisure are helpful in relieving pressure, but there are very few students who will actively exercise. How to make students' stress which can be relieved through exercise, or allow non-sports students to participate in sports independently, that is an urgent need for the current relevant units to understand. Different from the past personnel interviews or scale questionnaires, this research uses the method of data mining to make use of the students' self-writing the order of pressure sources, and then outlines the pressure characteristics of university students to prevent the suicidal behavior effectively of university students. The results of the research found that students with or without regular exercise have different sports and pressure sources. Through the source of sequential pressure, it will be helpful to mining the source of pressure among students, and to infer the effective prevention of suicidal behavior of university students. Finally, this research proposes to introduce regular relieve stress water sports and irregular aerobic pressure exercise to meet the needs of students with regular exercise or irregular exercise.
