This study aims to discuss the importance of Adler psychology to parent education. In addition, the concepts of family constellation, early memories, life styles, children's misbehavior goals, and encouragement are applied to analyze Adler psychology in parent education. The practice and significance of this study provides a reference for parental education including creating a warm family atmosphere, giving children happy childhood memories, aware of their own life style, adopting appropriate parenting patterns, understanding children's behavioral passwords, educating appropriate behavioral expressions, making good use of encouragement to children, discovering advantages and building self-confidence and application. Natural and logical consequences are encouraged, instead of penalties to establish good behavior.
