近年來台灣癌症漸漸的逐向年輕化趨勢,國人對於癌症保險的需求日益增加,本研究擬以問卷調查的方式,探討影響消費者購買癌症保險的因素。 本研究問卷旨在分析人口統計變數、癌症風險認知、購買癌症保險商品的情況與購買癌症保險之評估準則等各變數間的關聯性或差異性,用以探討影響消費者對於癌症保險之購買因素。 本研究針對台北都會區年齡於20歲至60歲具有購買商業保險居民為研究對象,發放531份問卷,回收507分,回收率為95%。研究方法為文獻歸納法、問卷調查法、敘述性統計分析、信度分析、卡方檢定、獨立樣本T檢定、單音子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析。
In recent years, cancer in Taiwan has gradually become younger and the demand for cancer insurance has increased. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence consumers' purchase of cancer insurance through questionnaires. This study is designed to analyze the associations or differences between demographic variables, cancer risk perceptions, the purchase of cancer insurance products, and the purchase of cancer insurance assessment criteria to explore the factors affecting consumers' purchase of cancer insurance.This study aimed to study the purchase of commercial insurance residents aged between 20 and 60 in the Taipei Metropolitan Area. 531 questionnaires were distributed and 507 points were recovered. The recovery rate was 95%. The research methods are literature induction, questionnaire survey, narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square test, independent sample test, single-score variation analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis.
