生命意義體驗學習之學習動機、學習投入對學習成效影響之研究-以生命衝擊營為例

摘要


本研究以大學成人在學者為研究對象,探究學員參加生命衝擊營體驗教育活動學習動機、學習投入對學習成效之影響研究。正式問卷發放日期為2014年2月6日至2014年2月8日,總計發放178份問卷,有效問卷175份,有效回收率為98.3%。使用SPSS 18.0 for Windows中文版統計軟體進行統計分析,統計方法包含描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析、成對樣本t檢定。 研究結果顯示如下: 一、不同背景變項的大學成人之在學學生參與生命衝擊營之學習動機有部分顯著差異。 二、不同背景變項的大學成人之在學學生參與生命衝擊營之學習投入無顯著差異。 三、大學成人之在學學生參與生命衝擊營的學習動機對學習投入有部分顯著正向影響。 四、大學成人之在學學生參與生命衝擊營的學習投入對學習成效有顯著正向影響。 五、大學成人之在學學生參與生命衝擊營的學習動機會透過學習投入的中介效果影響學習成效。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the study on the effects of the Learning Motivation, Learning Involvement and Learning Effectiveness of Experiential Education for college students-A case study of lifegame. The collection of the data was collected from 2012 February 6 , to 2012, February 8. A total of 178 questionnaires had been distributed, of which collected 175 valid samples hand been retrieved, and the response rate was 98.3%. SPSS 18.0 for Windows was used for this data analyses. The data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Independent-Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, Paired-Sample T test and Regression Analysis, for verifying the hypothesis in this study. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. There has part significantly difference between different personal backgrounds of the college students Learning Motivation. 2. There is no significantly difference between different personal backgrounds of the college students Learning Involvement. 3. The Learning Involvement was part significantly affected by Learning Motivation 4. Learning Motivation is significantly affected to Learning Effectiveness. 5. Learning Involvement has the mediation effect of Learning Motivation to Learning Effectiveness.
