This study was aimed at exploring the influence of practical intelligence, goal orientation and self-efficacy on preschool teachers' job performance. Face to face questionnaire survey was conducted with 370 preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung County and Pingtung County. All collected empirical data were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regressions and structural equation modeling. The findings in the research showed shown that practical intelligence was positively related to job performance. Self-efficacy was positively related to job performance in combination with practical intelligence and goal orientation. Based on the findings, suggestions for future study was included in this study.
