妊娠毒血症引起持續性滲出性的視網膜剝離病例報告
Persistent Exudative Retinal Detachment in Toxemia
摘要
本篇報告一位35歲女性，因子癎前症入院治療，在產前三天視力減退。產後更加惡化，經檢查兩眼後極部有滲出性視網膜剝離，雖經結膜下及全身性，類固醇治療，仍無法改善，且門診追踪壹年，視力及網膜剝離仍未見改善。

We present a unusual persistent exudative detachment secondary to preeclampsia. A G3P3, 35 year-old, female, under diagnosis of preeclampsia was admitted to our OBS Department. She developed decreasing vision in both eyes 3 days before termination. Fundus examination showed-bullous exudative retinal detachment involving the posterior pole of both eyes. After termination vision got worse. Subjunctiva and systemic steroid were given for one week. Unfortunately, during one year followed up, her vision and exudative detachment did not show any improvement.
