分泌性腦膜瘤：病例報告
摘要
分泌性腦膜瘤是相當少見的一種腦膜瘤之亞型，其特徵是腦膜瘤細胞具有上皮性和分泌性的分化，並且產生許多呈現圓形至卵圓形的透明包涵體。正確的診斷加上和其他較具惡性的腫瘤做鑑別診斷是相當重要的，因爲可以避免不必要的放射線療法和化學療法。雖然分泌性腦膜瘤具有良性的病程，但是若腫瘤切除不乾淨，經常會導致復發。在此我們報告一位五十八歲女性，在健康檢查時，經由正子造影發現有一顆腦部腫瘤，磁振造影顯示有一個右邊旁弧線腫瘤，病人接受腫瘤切除手術，病理檢查顯示是分泌性腦膜瘤。術後恢復狀況良好。

Secretory meningioma is a relatively rare histologic subtype of meningioma. Accurate diagnosis and differentiation from other more aggressive tumors are important to avoid unnecessary radiotherapy and chemotherapy. We describe a 58- year-old woman who presented with a brain tumor shown by a positron emission tomography (PET) scan during health examination. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a right parasagittal tumor without obvious peritumoral edema. After tumor excision, histopathologic examination showed a secretory meningioma characterized by epithelial and secretory differentiation of meningothelial cells with production of numerous round-to-oval hyaline inclusions. The postoperative course was smooth.
