Primary Malignant Rhabdoid Tumor of the Central Nervous System-A Case Report
腦部原發性惡性桿狀腫瘤─病例報告
摘要
中樞神經系統腫瘤佔小兒腫瘤的第二位，僅次於白血病。主要的小兒中樞神經系統腫瘤為神經管胚細胞瘤、神經膠質瘤及顱咽瘤。腦部原發性惡性桿狀腫瘤是一種罕見的癌病。此類癌病報告在全世界英語文獻由1985首次報告至1988年，共有四例。三軍總醫院於1988年12月發現一例此癌病患者，特此於臨床、電腦斷層及病理方面提出報告。

Tumors of the central nervous system comprise the second most common group of malignant neoplasm in childhood, benign second to leukemia. The majority of childhood central nervous system tumors are medulloblastoma, glioma and craniopharyngioma. Primary malignant rhabdoid tumor of the brain are rare. Only four cases of primary malignant rhabdoid tumor of the brain have been previously reported. We report the case of a 4-year-old boy with cerebellular tumor mass and suprasellar extension clinically, radiologically and pathologically.
