Managers primarily focus on how to improve organizational performance. The research studies the influence of leadership performance, marketing orientation, knowledge management, organizational innovation on organizational performance for high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan. This study investigates 363 employees of high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan and adopts Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test our model. The results indicate that organizational innovation has a most significant direct effect on organizational performance, and leadership performance has a most significant total effect on organizational performance. Therefore, marketing orientation and knowledge management will affect organizational performance through organizational innovation. The study shows that it's necessary to adopt organizational innovation and leadership performance to enhance organizational performance of high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan. This study attempts to build high-tech electrical industry organization performance model to provide some practical suggestions.
