骨折鋼板固定微創手術

Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis for Fractures

摘要


隨著鎖定式骨板的問世及對骨折癒合機制的深入暸解,微創骨折固定手術隨之發展。該技術已被證明有許多好處,其軟組織最小程度破壞,骨骼微血管循環保留及骨折處血腫不破壞等特色,可促進骨折的癒合。雖然該技術的成果良好,但目前仍無法應用於所有形式的骨折。為提高手術成功率及避免併發症,選擇適當適應症的重要性不言而喻。

The advent of locking plates and the understanding of biological fracture fixation have led to the development of minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis (MIPO). The MIPO technique is proven to have multiple strength: minimize soft tissue stripping, preserve of blood supply for bone union, preserve hematoma around fracture site which promote fracture healing. Published results for the technique are encouraging, however MIPO technique cannot be applied to all fractures. To improve the operation successful rate and prevent complications, define the correct indications is important.
