模擬醫學於婦產科之運用

Application of Simulation in Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要


模擬醫學於醫學教育的應用,一方面;可以使學生更深一層體會,在大堂課所學到的知識。另一方面;由於在接觸病人之前,已經反覆練習了一些臨床技巧,而因此提升了醫療品質。婦產科教學之運用上,模擬醫學也是非常廣泛及重要。例如:利用簡單的模具,即可訓練學生,以往不可能達到的抹片和內診的技巧。新光醫院在婦產科教學上,利用模擬醫學的原則,訓練實習醫學生及住院醫師,抹片,骨盆腔檢查,頭位及臀位生產技術。更進一步,訓練救護技術員在緊急狀況下,頭位及臀位生產技術。在學生的學習回饋問卷上,均得到很高的評價。

Simulations provided medical students a way for more understanding the knowledge from the lecture and it also offered a tool for repeated practice of certain procedures before approaching the patients. For education in Obstetrics and Gynecology, it made use of several simple models that could teach students and residents the clinical techniques such as: Pap smear, pelvic examination and vaginal delivery. These procedures were hard to instruct them before without simulation because of patients' privacy. In our hospital, we set up training programs of these clinical skills for medical students, residents and Emergency Medical technicians. A high appreciated score was obtained from the feedback questionnaires.
