Urinary Incontinence in Men: Definition, Diagnosis, and Treatment

Urinary incontinence has different incidence in male and female patients. The incontinence incidence is relative lower in male patient; however, it still influences the quality of life. There are many etiologies of urinary incontinence in men, and careful evaluation is mandatory. Besides the neurological etiologies, some incontinence in men may be related to the procedure of prostate. The treatments should be individualized depending on different degrees and causes. Good prognosis was noted in most patients.
