白芷中醫美容文化之研究：以四川遂寧白芷種植戶及常民生活運用為例

The Beauty Culture Study of Angelicae Dahuricae: Regard the Growers of Angelicae Dahuricae in Sichuan Suining and People Daily Life as the Examples

摘要

美容自古有之，是人類永恆的追求，隨著社會的發展而演化為文明的一部分。白芷記載於《神農本草經》，具有「長肌膚、潤澤顏色、可做面脂」之功效，是歷代醫家都喜歡用的美容中藥。因此本研究目的為：一、藉由文獻整理，探討白芷在中醫古籍與現代藥理的意涵。二、進行四川遂寧實地田野調查白芷的種植概況。三、透過問卷調查白芷在常民生活運用情形。結果顯示，白芷可使肌膚滑潤亮白、淨白淡斑、具有止痛、止癢等功效。香豆素類化合物為其主要有效成分，具有延緩皮膚衰老與抗氧化作用，對於臉部色斑、痤瘡、黃褐斑等均有明顯改善作用，不論傳統或現代，對於美容保健之觀點與運用是相吻合的。田野調查顯示，白芷一般多為外用或少量配伍運用，愛美的民眾大都知道白芷可以使用在美容保健上，尤其是拿來做臉部敷面，少數民眾則在養生藥膳中加入白芷，以辛香提味，也會將白芷添加在保健飲品中一起食用。未來白芷在美容保健方面的開發、應用、教育等，擁有非常大的發揮空間。

Improving looks has it from ancient times. It is mankind's eternal pursuit. It is evolved to be part of civilization with development of the society. Angelicae dahuricae, recorded on ＂Sheng nong's herbal classic＂ said 'Grow skin, moist colors, material of surface lipoprotein', is popular edicines cosmetic for which most doctors in the successive dynasties all like to use it. So the purposes of this study include: (1) to explore the meaning of Angelicae dahuricae in ancient Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology through the literature study. (2) to investigate planting overview of Angelicae dahuricae from Sichuan Suining field. (3) to understand the use of Angelicae dahuricae in the people daily life through the questionnaire survey. We found that Angelicae dahuricae has the effect to make skin more smoothly and wet, furn skin to white, lighten bodys pots, stop pain and alleviate pruritus ...etc. The coumarins compounds are major effective ingredients as treatment for skin aging defer and antioxidant. It is also effective in the treatment for color spot of face, acne and chloasma. So the point of view and application of beauty care is match between that of ancient times and now. Through field investigation, Angelicae dahuricae is mainly used externally or compatibility of medicines. People who cares about beauty usually know that Angelicae dahuricae could be used for beauty care, facial surface covered specially. Few people add Angelicae dahuricae into health diet to increase taste. So it is included into health drinks. It is obvious that it is very potential for development, application and education of Angelicae dahuricae in beauty healthcare in Taiwan.
