摘要

随着移民的迁入，移民与当地居民不可避免会发生各种各样的关系，在交往中双方的权益都会受到影响。这一过程是双向的，一方面，作为移民来说，是适应与融入的过程；另外一方面，作为本地居民来说，是接纳与调试的过程。本文以青海省格尔木市三江源生态移民和当地居民为研究对象，通过分析现状和调查研究，从政治、经济、文化和社会权益等四个方面，分析生态移民与当地居民在权益博弈中存在问题，并分析问题产生的原因，同时提出了一些对策和建议。

As immigrants move in, there will inevitably be various kinds of relations between immigrants and local residents, and the rights and interests of both sides will be affected in the process of communication. This process is two-way, on the one hand, as an emigrant, it is a process of adaptation and integration; on the other hand, as a local resident, it is the process of acceptance and commissioning. This paper takes the ecological immigrants and local residents of Sanjiang source in Golmud, Qinghai Province as the research object, and through the analysis of the status and investigation and research, from the four aspects of political, economic, cultural and social rights and interests, The paper analyzes the problems existing in the game of rights and interests between ecological immigrants and local residents, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
