On the Path Selection of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas of Guizhou Province--Take Sandu Shui Autonomous County as an Example

摘要

Taking the Sandu Shui Autonomous County, a typical minority area in Guizhou Province, as an example, this paper analyzes in depth the reasons why the poor households in the region are poor, such as due to poverty, illness, education, and lack of labor force. In the light of the difficulties and problems faced by the Sandushui Autonomous County in carrying out the work of targeted poverty alleviation, It has put forward five models to poverty alleviation, namely, ＂poverty alleviation through culture and ideology＂, ＂poverty alleviation through education＂, ＂poverty alleviation through tourism＂, ＂industry＂ and ＂poverty alleviation through Internet +agricultural products＂. The goal is to strive to ensure that by 2020, the rural poor in Sandu Shui Autonomous County will have food, clothing, compulsory education, basic medical care and housing security.
