捲輪式薄膜滾輪間之張力控制系統研究

摘要


捲輪式薄膜輸送設備指的是有捲取和捲出製程裝置,廣泛地應用於印刷機、印表機捲紙、半導體製程等產業。捲輪式薄膜輸送設備在運作時必須有精密的檢測與製程張力控制裝置,來控制產品於製程過程中,免於薄膜受到拉扯、擠壓或扭轉。如此才能確保製程的穩定度以獲得優良產品品質來達到最高效益。 本研究目的在於探討應用類輸送設備製程的張力控制數學模式與控制器設計。首先探討張力控制應用場合及相關數學模式,接著針對具有兩捲輪的捲輪式薄膜輸送裝置,建立張力控制機構的理論數學模式,並利用Matlab工具與實驗來模擬與驗證理論的可行性。

Tension control can be used on Roll-to-Roll Apparatus that extensively applied to printing machines, printer rolls, and semiconductor process occasions. The precision detection and tension control devices can help the Roll-to-Roll devices to prevent the film from being pulled, squeezed, or twisted. This is to ensure the stability of the manufacture process to obtain good quality of products. The purpose of this work is to derive the mathematical model of tension control system for Roll-to-Roll devices with two wheels. Firstly, we investigate the studies the researches of tension control. Secondly, we establish the dynamic equations of tension control for Roll-to-Roll apparatus. Finally, we use Matlab tool to simulate a Roll-to-Roll apparatus on the dynamic characteristics. The results show the proposed method of this work is feasible.
