Integrated Assessment for Trapezoid and Square Types PEMFC Bipolar Plate by Field Synergy Principle

利用場協同理論之整合性評估於燃料電池方型與梯型之雙極板

摘要


本研究係關於燃料電池雙極板的整體評估。利用模流分析軟體Moldex3d 9.1分析雙極板射出之流動性與Multiphysics軟體分析流道特性。兩種分析都搭配場協同理論來做評估,發現高分子加入玻纖後流動波前與流場流道的場協同角的現象,方形比梯型的角度分部小,即流場溫度與速度場方向越趨一致性。

This study is to investigate integrated assessment on the flow channel and glove in channel of bipolar plate for PEMFC. We used two software Multiphysics and Moldex3d 9.1 to simulate these characteristics of gas flow pattern, filling, packing, cooling and warpage. In order to get better performance on bipolar plate with fiber orientation for different types like square and trapezoid fuel cell bipolar plate, the field synergy principle is used to determine the better type of channel shape of bipolar plate of fuel cell The result shows trapezoid channel of fuel cell bipolar plates with fiber orientation in injection molded fuel cell bipolar plates will get better quality for both simulations. The effects of fiber orientation is also discussed in this paper.
