高中職女學生性騷擾知覺、性騷擾態度與因應行為關係之研究:以臺南縣市為例

Relationships among Perceived Sexual Harassment, Sexual Harassing Attitude and Coping Strategies of Senior High Schools' Female Students

摘要


本研究主要探討臺南地區高中職女生性騷擾知覺、性騷擾態度與性騷擾因應行為之關係,以臺南地區高中職女學生為研究母群體,依縣市別抽取1,200人,有效回收問卷計930份,問卷完成率79.7%。問卷調查結果以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與迴歸分析等進行分析。本研究主要發現為:一、女學生對非語言性騷擾知覺高於語言性騷擾知覺。二、女學生之性騷擾忍受度普遍較低。三、對於性騷擾女學生,偏向採取積極型因應行為來反應。四、父親與母親教育程度會影響女學生性騷擾因應行為。五、女學生對性騷擾容忍度愈高,則語言性騷擾知覺愈低。六、女學生性騷擾知覺愈高,其採用因應行為的情況愈為明顯。七、當女學生性騷擾忍受程度愈高,其消極型因應行為較多。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among perceived sexual harassment, attitude and coping strategies of senior high school's female students. A survey tool constructed under literature review and exploratory factor analysis were sent to 1, 200 senior high schools and senior vocational schools' female students of Tainan county and Tainan city. 930 valid questionnaires were returned and analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0 at 0.5 significant level. The authors analyzed the data with applied descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Major findings include the following: (1) Perception of non-verbal sexual harassment of the female students is higher than perception of verbal sexual harassment. (2) Sexual harassing tolerance of the female students is low. It indicates that most of them can't put up with sexual harassment events. (3) Female students show inclination to select passive coping strategy when encountering sexual harassment. (4) Educational background of their parents affects the female students' coping strategy of sexual harassment. (5) Perception of verbal sexual harassment declines while the tolerance of sexual harassment enhances. (6) The higher perception of sexual harassment the female students have, the more coping strategies they will adopt. (7) Female students inclined to adapt passive coping strategies while their sexual harassing tolerance is higher.
