提升發光二極體照明光學效率之研究

摘要


在環保與節能減碳的議題下,如何創造與創新新型式,來改善與突破舊有的思維便是本論文重要論點之一。在現有的日光燈管(fluorescent lamps)都是因為節能減碳議題下孕育而生的燈管,其功用在於減少耗電量的支出並降低碳排放量。而日光燈管最重要的環保問題,燈管易碎及管內水銀成份卻沒有一併改善,使回收不易問題依然存在。 本論文主要目的在研究發光二極體(Light emitting diode, LED)之導光元件(Light guides),探討如何利用導光元件形成高效率以及提高均勻性之面光源,並將之應用於照明系統。研究中,我們利用蒙地卡羅光線追跡法(Monte Carlo ray tracing method)來進行發光二極體的光學模型建立,並使用不同糙化結構於導光元件出光面以觀察目標區域的光學性能優劣。

In the environmental topics and the energy conservation reduces the carbon, how to improve and breakthrough previous thinking to create and innovate the novel model, are the important arguments of this thesis. In present, conventional fluorescent lamps all for the energy conservation reduces the carbon, in order to reduce the expenditure of the Radiation Power consumption and reduce CO2 emission. And the fluorescent lamps have the most important issue still exist, issue on environmental protection, mercury ingredient and recycle difficulty. In this article, we study in LEDs for the application to light guides. We apply the Monte Carlo ray tracing method to build equivalent model and a high-precise optical model of the LED light source. Based on it, we observed the optical performance on target plane by different textured surfaces.
