魅力領導的形成理論、作用和影響-一個整合性觀點

The Charisma Leadership's Forming Theories, Functions and Effects-An Integrated View

摘要


魅力領導在所有的領導現象中,可說是持續最久、影響最大和最難以作歸因研究的領導現象。本文嘗試從相關文獻的梳理中試圖提出一項分析架構,並以火的形象化比喻來說明或預測魅力領導的形成之可能性。依照此分析,魅力領導可能是根源於領導者和跟隨者的內在心裡需求,但要形成魅力領導的現象則需要領導者、跟隨者和情境三方面的一致性方能成局。而要評估魅力領導現象所造成的影響,則首先必須質疑引導此現象動機的倫理基礎,否則其所造成的問題必將是比所解決的問題還多。展望未來,雖然環境的不確定性對於魅力領導者需要可謂有增無減,但其卻面臨越來越少的手段和資源來遂行其領導行為。

In all leadership phenomenon, charisma leadership has existed for a very long time and has great effects .But it is also regarded the most difficult theory to study. This text tries to propose an analysis framework to combine relevant documents and using conceptualization of fire to explain the possibility of forming charisma leadership. According to this analysis, charisma leadership could originate in the leaders and followers' inner heart. The three aspects of leaders、followers and situation get unity then charisma leadership will work out satisfactorily. To evaluate the effect of charisma leadership phenomenon caused, it should make an inspection of the ethics foundation of this phenomenon motivation at first. Otherwise problems caused by it will be even more than problems solved. Looking forward to the future, because of the uncertainty of the environment,although a charisma leader is growing more and more needed by people, it faces less and less resource to accomplish its behavior of leadership.
