摘要

近視之手術治療，首創於1950年Sato之角膜內皮切開術，至1977年Fyodorov等人始利用放射狀角膜切開術並發揚光大之。
長庚醫院眼科自1980年12月31日起，至1981年7月31日止，共施行一百多隻患眼之放射狀角膜切開術。今取其中104例，研究其術後祼視力改進情形，近視度數減低率，角膜曲度變化，角膜厚度變化及術前、術後角膜內皮細胞之改變，手術合併症，術後病人眼症狀之問卷調查等，並作成報告。

71 cases (104 eyes) of myopes received radial keratotomy from Dec. 31, 1980-June 31, 1981 in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital was analyzed under a prospective manner.
Method of Fyodorov was used, and a result of reduction of myopic spherical equivalent similar to Dr. Leo Bores, Dr. S. Fyodorov was gained, the effect of refractive change and keratometric reading seemed to be stabilized in 3 months, and minor changes in central corneal thickness and endothelial cell density were also met in our cases.
Although corneal microperforation during operation happened to a few cases (10%), and 9 eyes developed postoperative astigmatism (0.5-1.0D), but none demonstrated any worsening of visual acuity.
