歐洲整合的新葛蘭西學派論述

Abstracts


歐洲整合在近20年得到顯著成果,包括單一市場、經濟暨貨幣聯盟及中東歐國家加入歐盟。本文從新葛蘭西學派來探討歐洲整合過程,理解整合的驅動力和特色。新葛蘭西學派主要是檢視物質力量、制度和觀念等三要素間的辯證關係,以理解世界秩序變動的本質。運用到歐洲整合研究,本文以「執委會-歐洲企業家圓桌論壇-鑲嵌新自由主義」爲研究架構,理解這三項要素間的辯證關係如何驅動歐洲整合中的經濟整合與東擴。

Parallel abstracts


European integration had accomplished its distinguishing success in past two decades. In order to explain the EU's development and possible future, integration studies need a theory which can observe and understand its dynamic process. This article analyses European integration's deepening and widening process by using New Gramscian School framework for the sake of understanding integration's driving force and attribute. New Gramscian School understands the world’s order's constant change by analysing the dialectical relationship among material force, institution and idea. In contrary to European integration studies, this article uses triangle framework of European Commission, European Round Table of Industrialists and Embedded Neo-liberalism to understand the core driving force behind European integration. In sum, this article finds Commission and ERT allied themselves to be transnational historical bloc, who takes embedded neo-liberalism as ideology, legitimized forming European hegemony structure and dominated European integration's deepening and widening.
