國內外長期照顧計畫近年加入預防及延緩失能。本研究探討離島偏鄉之高齡女性體適能狀態。本研究參與對象為18位女性高齡者(年齡:72.76±5.47歲;身高:152.05±17.43公分;體重:65.65±32.86公斤)。本研究進行了身體組成、肌力與肌耐力、心肺耐力、柔軟度與平衡能力之測量。將研究結果以教育部體育署銀髮體適能標準進行比較。本研究以描述性統計作為分析方法,結果顯示體適能測試中上肢肌力與肌耐力和靜態平衡能力達優異標準。而在下肢肌力與肌耐力、心肺耐力、靜態平衡和柔軟度測驗顯示為普通。建議未來生活上可加入複合式訓練,如:彈力帶訓練配合有氧運動。多元運動訓練將能避免衰弱與肌少症風險。
Long-term care plan includes to prevent or delay disability at home and abroad in recent years. The purpose of this research was to investigate of prevent or delay disability for older adults on the remote island. 18 female older adults (aged: 72.76±5.47 years; Hight: 152.05±17.43 cm; weight: 65.65±32.86 kg) participated in this study. Our carry out body composition, strength and muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and balance ability measurements were made. We compared elderly's physical fitness with standard of sports administration, ministry of education. The studies through descriptive statistics as analysis. The results of the physical fitness test showed that the excellent at upper-limbs strength and muscular endurance, and dynamic’s balance ability. The lower-limbs strength and muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, static balance, and flexibility test showed that the general. Suggestion add the complex training program in life as elastic band training attach aerobic exercise. Multi-exercise strategies are effective in the management of frailty and sarcopenia.
