銀髮族預防及延緩失能身體活動方案之探討-以林口愛鄰社區服務協會為例

The study of preventing and delaying disability physical activity: a case of Linkou Ailin Community Service Association

摘要


目的:為有效活化高齡者使用公園體健設施及周邊環境,建立不同族群使用的方案設計,以增加身體活動量及提升健康體適能,達到維持健康生活型態,預防跌倒及失能。方法:本研究在社團法人台灣愛鄰社區服務協會林口辦事處進行運動參與者招募,透過專業指導員之體適能課程做介入,以談法進行健身運動參與者分析。結果:訪談結果發現健身運動參與者,較少使用公園體健設施進行身體活動,並且參與者在課程後認知、情意、技能上,皆有相當幅度的進步。參與者也表示本次健身運動課程期程略為不足,建議後續可依照此課程模式並增加課程次數,培養健身運動參與者運動習慣。結論:在後續推動上,可持續與有意願的在地組織合作,開設更多課程提升長者身體活動的能力和知識。未來可在各村里、社區推廣此方案,透過團體課程與同齡人交流,藉此改變長者的運動型態,也能達成預防及延緩失能達到健康老化的效果。讓長者不只在身體素質上有所進步和拓展,也可透過運動中彼此的交流互動形成社會網絡,進而昇華成社會支持,來維持心理的健康以達成健康老化及健康生活型態之目的。

Objective: to activate the elders to use the park physical health facilities and surrounding facilities, establish the protocol for different groups to increase the amount of physical activity and keep the health and fitness in a stable level, to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent falls and disability. Methods: the study conducted the recruitment of sports participants in the Linkou Office of the community legal person Taiwan ailing Community Service Association. The participants were analyzed by interview through the physical fitness courses of professional fitness instructor. Results: after the interview, the results showed that the participants spend less time to exercise with the Park health facilities for physical activities. After the exercise protocol, the participants had a significant improving in cognition, affective and psychomoter domain. Participants also indicated that the course was a little shorter than they thought. It is suggested that the following courses, they hope the protocol should increase to make the exercise be habits of fitness participants. Conclusion: in the follow-up studies, the writer suggest that protocols can keep cooperating with local organizations to offer more courses to improve the ability and knowledge in physical activities field for the elders. In the future, the project can be promoted in villages and communities, through group courses and communication with peers, so as to change the elderly's sports pattern. Also, it can achieve the effect of preventing and delaying disability to achieve keeping healthy. The elderly can not only improve and expand their physical quality , but also form social network through communication and interaction in sports, and then sublimate into social support to maintain mental health to achieve the goal of healthy aging and healthy life style.
